{wanderlust} roman holiday


I'm planning an in-depth post about some food specific experiences I had while in Italy soon. But first, I can't help but share some of the inspiring sights that had me thinking about chucking it all and moving to Rome mere minutes after my arrival in the Eternal City.  I haven't been this head over heels with city love since I fell for New York.

Oh! I lived in Rome for three years and all your beautiful photos just made me miss it SO much! I just got the strongest wave of nostalgia!

such beautiful pictures!
I can almost smell those pink flowers.

And the picture of the fountain and rain/people's legs in the background is so evocative.
The other pictures are beautiful, too =)
