{twd} cranberry and clementine muffins

Sunday morning I sent two of my coworkers an email entitled, "Important Question." In the body of the email, I wrote "If I were to make muffins to bring to the office tomorrow, would you prefer raisin walnut, cranberry orange or cherry and pecan?" They responded raisin walnut. And then I made cranberry and clementine muffins.

But with a bowl of these clementines sitting on my counter just begging me to do something with them (well, you know, something other than eat four in one sitting) can you really blame me?

Thankfully, these turned out so well that I don't think anyone missed the raisins and walnuts.  This week's Tuesdays with Dorie pick comes from Christine of Happy Tummy, and you can find the recipe on her blog.
